FlightPlan is a native iPhone/iPod Touch application for pilots that simplifies common calculations typically performed with the E6B slide rule computer. This software also gives pilots access to weather and airport data, and provides some advanced features like a weight and balance calculator (for linear analysis) and "MyLinks" (see below). Some calculations include common conversions, runway crosswind, true airspeed, wind direction and speed, and more. Get up to the minute METARs, TAFs, and Airport data over cellular or WiFi!
This software is continuously under development and new features will be added periodically free of charge. My goal is to make FlightPlan the best all inclusive software I possibly can. I also feel strongly committed to making this product the best value possible; all new features are included in FlightPlan rather than spinning off separate apps.
